Admissions

We are a Catholic school who welcomes applications from all children.  If you are considering applying for a place at our school in the Reception class then you must complete the Common Application Form available online from Staffordshire County Council.  A link to their website which provides full details about how to apply and the deadline for applications is available here:  Staffordshire County Council Primary Admissions
The normal deadline date for you to return your Common Application Form to Staffordshire is November each year.

Our admission arrangements include faith based criteria and so you will also need to complete a Supplementary Information Form (see appropriate year below) which you must return to Holy Rosary Primary School.
